CUSTOMIZED AND BIO-INDUCTIVE

3D BIOPRINTED MESH-BIOMODS™

“We aim to disrupt the mesh and tissue repair market with our Mesh-BioMods.” – Dr. Matthew Brovold, Chief Science Officer.

MULTIPLE HERNIA REPAIR
Our Mesh-BioMod™ will be the world’s first 3D biomanufactured implant designed for multiple hernias general surgery.
TENDON MANAGEMENT:
Our Mesh-BioMod™ will be the world’s first 3D bioprinted mesh implant designed for tendon management.
OTHER R&D APPLICATIONS
Our Mesh-BioMods™ R&D pipeline includes i.e. post-mastectomy and breast reconstruction, cartilage repair, and bone repair.
PATENTED AND PROPRIETARY

MESH-BIOMODS™ MANUFACTURING TECH

Brinter ONE – Multitool 3D Bioprinter
A modular 3D bioprinter platform offering variable printing modalities in a single printing platform. Print unlimited number of print materials.
Brinter CORE – Compact 3D Bioprinter
A mini, but equally as powerful bioprinter platform offering variable printing modalities in a single printing platform.
Stencils
The universal stencil/surface positioner with adapters enables you to place and center up to three well plates, petri dishes, or microscope slides on the print bed to make multiple printouts during a single print job.
Cap Sets
A set of single-use bioprinting syringes (5 mL), pistons and rotors for the Rotary Tool and Rotary Tool UV print heads. CAP sets are available in batch sizes of 5, 10 and 25 syringes, pistons & rotors.
Laminar Hood
Brinter Laminar Hood for easy access clean working. The cabinet front is completely open and obstacle free enabling efficient working. The bioprinter resides completely inside the clean air current.
Blue LED Photonic Disinfection System
The blue light-based Spectral Blue® disinfection system kills all unwanted forms of viruses and bacteria inside the Brinter® bioprinter, reducing the need for cleanrooms.
UV/Vis Light Module
UV-C germicidal LEDs of the light module emit light at 265 nm and can be used for automatic disinfection of the Petri dishes, well-plates or the entire print bed before starting the actual printing process.
Granu Tool (Coming Soon)
The printing with Granu Tool White and Granu Tool Black print heads is based on the hot extrusion of small granules of thermoplastic material or mixtures of a thermoplastic binder with powder fillers.
Temperature Controlled Print Bed Module
The temperature-controlled print bed has two heated areas (20°C up to +65°C). The cooled area is located in the middle with a temperature ranges of 20°C down to +4°C, which can be tuned from the Brinter® software.
Rotary Tool with UV Light (Coming Soon)
The Rotary Tool UV print head is based on progressive cavity technology, which guarantees extrusion of constant volume per revolution. This precision technology leads to perfect contours, fine lines, and clean start and endpoints.
Rotary Tool
The Rotary Tool print head is based on progressive cavity technology, which guarantees extrusion of constant volume per revolution. This precision technology leads to perfect contours, fine lines, and clean start and endpoints.
Visco Tool
The principle of operation in Visco Tool print head is based on the endless piston principle belonging to the group of rotating displacement pumps. The heated version comes with a heating function enabling a constant temperature from RT to +66 °C throughout the print head.
Pneuma tool heated/UV
The dispensing with Pneuma Tool print heads is based on pneumatic extrusion. The Pneuma Tool Pro version comes with a heating function enabling a constant temperature from RT to +66 °C throughout the print head.
Pneuma Tool Cooled / UV
Pneuma Tool Cooled / UV enables air-pressure controlled dispensing of bioinks with the ability to cool the material from room temperature down to +4°C. The print head is also equipped with an integrated UV/Vis LED module emitting at a wavelength of 365 nm, 405 nm or 450 nm.
Multifluidics tool
The Multifluidics Tool print head enables the triaxial printing of up to three different materials simultaneously, i.e., the core, intermediate, and outer shell, or selective mixing of multiple materials and co-extrusion, enabling numerous combinations of mixing based on the application.
